If you haven’t already heard, you might be the last to know- as of September 3rd, the Annual InternationalStudent.com Travel Video Contest has started! This is the eighth year for the video contest and with a grand prize of $4000, we expect this year to be better than ever! In case you somehow have no idea what the InternationalStudent.com Travel Video Contest is all about, here’s a quick breakdown:

Students who want to study abroad can submit a 5 minute video detailing where they want to study, those who are already studying abroad can submit a video describing the trip they would like to take.

Our panel of judges will decide on the grand prize winner along with each runner-up. Don’t just tell our judges where you want to go and why- be creative! Each year we receive hundreds of videos, your goal is to stand out and shine. Not only will the grand prize winner receive $4000, they will also receive their very own blog on InternationalStudent.com to document their journey.

You are able to submit your video until October 23rd at 11:59 EST. The finalists are announced the week of October 28th and the grand prize winner of the InternationalStudent.com Travel Video Contest will be announced during International Education Week: November 11th-15th.

Before creating your video, you will want to check out the contest details including the Rules and Regulations, the entry form and previous year’s winning videos. Put your thinking cap on, grab your camera and let the award-winning videos roll!
