Study in the USA – Finding Schools

One of the most common enquiries we receive here at InternationalStudent.com revolves around the following questions:
- “What schools are available if I want to study in Florida?” or any other location
- “What financial aid is available to me if I study at XYZ School?”
- “Can you suggest any schools for me to study in the USA?”
As you can see, the questions are all based on students wanting to find and locate schools in the USA, and then get information about those schools so they can narrow down their choice. Up until recently, most of our responses to these enquiries were to give students a list of resources they could look up online to help them.
However, in 2010, InternationalStudent.com launched their very own Study in the USA School Search. The idea behind the project was to give international students a way to find, locate, research and then finally contact schools directly that they were interested in. The new school search has so far been used by thousands of students from around the world, and based on your feedback we will be making many more changes in the future to make the tool better and further refined.

It is nice that you have created a site that is able to find school in the location you are interested in, but I would suggest you to add advanced search option. That it is possible to type in a major or a city the student might be interested in so it would provide a little bit more detailed advice. That would be much more helpful compared to the fact that you just get a list of schools from a certain state.

I think that is the purpose of websites such as this one… and students are so lucky to have some aide in deciding where school to go to. Choosing the best school is not an easy decision so it pays to ask or inquire before landing into a decision.

If there is something I am hoping for is to be granted my scholarship and be able to go and study abroad. I have friends who had a very successful study abroad and I want the same thing and have the career growth I am hoping for. I believe in quality education and this is even more possible to have it in the best international schools.
