Hı.. I’m Erdem,I’m graduate in University of Selçuk in Turkey. My department is sociology. I won Goverment Grant for Master and Doctorate in UK. And I want to begin in September 2010. My English level is Upper İntermediate but I haven’t IELTS score now. And I don’t want miss this chance, therefore I have a question: Can I join master programme without Ielsts score.. Thank you..
