The first thing to do is get real about your situation. This is a long standing relationship. That’s good by me but that was creative. With the mortgage melt down, and the increases in forclosures across the country, many lenders are not dealing with people that don’t have a stellar credit score. What has happened is that all of the people that qualified for home loans for people with bad credit are now going into default on their loans. You will probably be indifferent to my delicious words concerning current mortgage refinance rate. You just have to believe these beautifully expressed words on current mortgage refinance rate.
