I’ve heard that there are new rules effective March 3, 2010. My visa application is pending. I believe that’s because my college has been suspended. Am I going to be affected by these new rules?

i am rahad from Bangladesh. when i was rady all of my academic document for submited UK embessy. alrady i got an aportment(date of issu). then the UK home office has temporary suspented student application. so, i am vary anxious. what will be new rual of student? can i’ll submit my application by present visa later? what tape of change in teir4? will teir4 system be easy form present? reply me.
