I know these are difficult times for anyone to obtain loans. But at Minnesota State University Mankato we offer in-state tuition for our international students during their first semester. You will be paying only $3,200 for 18 credits per semester. (TUITION only). However, if you wish to continue beyond the first semester (all of our international students receives the scholarship again and again throughout their academic career IF they maintain their GPA and volunteer work for the University/community/mankato. (25 Hours per semester)

This is a great opportunity for international students. This scholarship applies for Undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students as well. If you want more information, you can visit www.mnsu.edu/international for more details, about MSU, About our office and what we offer. We offer over 160 undergraduate programs and over 86 graduate programs.

Hi. I'm from the Caribbean. Concerning the isloan.org website I've been there and got registered for a student loan only to find out that i would have to pay $11US to get my loan started. I think they ask for a lot more money later on too. It doesn't seem fair to charge students to apply for a loan. Does anyone know of loans for students wanting to go to Canada to study????
