But at Minnesota State University Mankato we offer in-state tuition for our international students during their first semester. You will be paying only $3,200 for 18 credits per semester. (TUITION only). However, if you wish to continue beyond the first semester (all of our international students receives the scholarship again and again throughout their academic career IF they maintain their GPA and volunteer work for the University/community/mankato. (25 Hours per semester) This is a great opportunity for international students. This scholarship applies for Undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students as well.
