My concern is that I am looking for a loan to cover my educational expenses. However, I am not credit-worthy neither do I have a U.S/ permenant resident co-borrower. I have heard that some banks/ foundations do help students in my position. I have had absolutely no luck in finding them on-line. Anyone have any ideas?
